Prefer modern scsi_execute_cmd, but keep __scsi_execute / scsi_execute so RHEL8-era 4.18 still resolves (scsi_execute was often only a macro around __scsi_execute). 994724e6b3f0 introduced scsi_execute_cmd (opf / ml_retries instead of data_direction / retries).
