gh-codespace-stop - Stop a running codespace

**gh codespace stop \[flags]**

[**-c**, **--codespace** **<string>**](#c)

Name of the codespace

[**-o**, **--org** **<login>**](#o)

The login handle of the organization (admin-only)

[**-R**, **--repo** **<string>**](#R)

Filter codespace selection by repository name (user/repo)

[**--repo-owner** **<string>**](#repo_owner)

Filter codespace selection by repository owner (username or org)

[**-u**, **--user** **<username>**](#u)

The username to stop codespace for (used with --org)

0: Successful execution

1: Error

2: Command canceled

4: Authentication required
