**int gnutls\_pkcs12\_bag\_encrypt(gnutls\_pkcs12\_bag\_t bag, const char * pass, unsigned int flags);**

[gnutls\_pkcs12\_bag\_t bag](#gnutls_pkcs12_bag_t)

The bag

[const char * pass](#const)

The password used for encryption, must be ASCII

[unsigned int flags](#unsigned)

should be one of **gnutls\_pkcs\_encrypt\_flags\_t** elements bitwise or'd

# [DESCRIPTION](#DESCRIPTION)

This function will encrypt the given bag.

# [RETURNS](#RETURNS)

On success, **GNUTLS\_E\_SUCCESS** (0) is returned, otherwise a negative error code is returned.
