**int gnutls\_privkey\_import\_url(gnutls\_privkey\_t key, const char * url, unsigned int flags);**

# [ARGUMENTS](#ARGUMENTS)

[gnutls\_privkey\_t key](#gnutls_privkey_t)

A key of type **gnutls\_privkey\_t**

[const char * url](#const)

A PKCS 11 url

[unsigned int flags](#unsigned)

should be zero

# [DESCRIPTION](#DESCRIPTION)

This function will import a PKCS11 or TPM URL as a private key. The supported URL types can be checked using **gnutls\_url\_is\_supported()**.

# [RETURNS](#RETURNS)

On success, **GNUTLS\_E\_SUCCESS** (0) is returned, otherwise a negative error value.
