place to store random bytes

This function will generate random data and store it to output buffer. The value of *level* should be one of **GNUTLS\_RND\_NONCE**, **GNUTLS\_RND\_RANDOM** and **GNUTLS\_RND\_KEY**. See the manual and **gnutls\_rnd\_level\_t** for detailed information.

This function is thread-safe and also fork-safe.
