**int gnutls\_x509\_privkey\_set\_spki(gnutls\_x509\_privkey\_t key, const gnutls\_x509\_spki\_t spki, unsigned int flags);**

# [ARGUMENTS](#ARGUMENTS)

[gnutls\_x509\_privkey\_t key](#gnutls_x509_privkey_t)

should contain a **gnutls\_x509\_privkey\_t** type

[const gnutls\_x509\_spki\_t spki](#const)

a SubjectPublicKeyInfo structure of type **gnutls\_x509\_spki\_t**

[unsigned int flags](#unsigned)

must be zero

# [DESCRIPTION](#DESCRIPTION)

This function will return the public key information of a private key. The provided *spki* must be initialized.

Zero on success, or a negative error code on error.
