The \fBeconf_hasQuotes\fR() function checks whether the value of the key specified by \fIgroup\fR and \fIkey\fR in the given configuration file object \fIkf\fR is enclosed by quotes\&. If \fIgroup\fR is \fBNULL\fR, the key is considered to belong to no group\&.

A value is enclosed by quotes either because it was parsed from a configuration file where it was written with a leading quote character, or because it was marked as such with \fBeconf_setQuotes\fR()\&. This flag only affects how the value will be enclosed by quotes when the configuration is written back with \fBeconf_writeFile\fR()\&.
