Associate Namespace Data Structure Format (ANDSF): the bit number in the Exported Namespace Data Structure Formats Supported (ENDSFS) field (Identify Controller data structure) that defines the format of data. Bit 1 selects the format defined by struct nvme_associate_ns_data.

esubidv

Exported NVM Subsystem Identifier Valid (ESUBIDV): if set, esubid identifies the target Exported NVM Subsystem; otherwise the target is identified by the ENSNQN field in data

esubid

Exported NVM Subsystem Identifier (ESUBID), used if esubidv is set

Associate Namespace data buffer, see struct nvme_associate_ns_data
