a **pskc\_key\_t** handle, from **pskc\_get\_keypackage()**.

Get the PSKC KeyPackage DeviceInfo Userid value. This indicates the user with whom the device is associated.

a constant string (must not be deallocated) holding the content, or NULL if not set.
