**int pskc\_verify\_x509crt(pskc\_t * container, const char * cert\_file, int * valid\_signature);**

[pskc\_t * container](#pskc_t)

a **pskc\_t** handle, from **pskc\_init()**.

[const char * cert\_file](#const)

filename of file containing trusted X.509 certificate.

[int * valid\_signature](#int)

output variable with result of verification.

# [DESCRIPTION](#DESCRIPTION)

Verify signature in PSKC data against trusted X.509 certificate.

# [RETURNS](#RETURNS)

On success, **PSKC\_OK** (zero) is returned, or an error code.
